Is there any man on this planet that would not want to look & feel like Hercules, Achilles, or any demi-god for that matter? There is a reason why I went all the way back to ancient Greece to conjure up the thoughts of brawn & bravery. The men of that time likely had Testosterone levels that dwarf ours today. Even the philosophizers like Aristotle & Plato likely enjoyed higher levels of male hormones coursing through their bloodstream than us poor folks nowadays. I would surmise that men of ancient Greece, ancient Rome, & long before spent more time outdoors, moving their bodies, soaking in the rays, & engaging in more sexual escapades. All of which are known to stimulate the production of androgens, otherwise known as male steroid hormones.
